Q2: What is the MOQ and sample policy?
A: The minimum order for this material is 1 g, which is enough for several laboratory trials. Free samples are offered, with the courier cost covered by the customer. Larger quantities are packed into 1 kg foil bags or 25 kg fiber drums.
Q3: How can I confirm the material is genuine GHK-Cu rather than a substitute?
A: Three checks. First, colour: genuine GHK-Cu is blue to blue-violet, while white or pale material points to incomplete copper binding. Second, the COA: assay should read ≥ 99.0% by HPLC with the chromatogram attached. Third, copper content: the complex contains 14.5–16.5% copper, so a copper value outside that range does not match the declared formula.
Q4: How should it be stored, and at what pH and use level does it work?
A: Store sealed at 2–8 °C away from light and moisture; shelf life is 24 months under those conditions. The material is used in the water phase at a typical 0.01%–0.1% level, and formulations are generally held within pH 5.0–7.0 to protect the copper-peptide complex.
