Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory. Xi’an Demeter Biotech Co., Ltd. has supplied natural plant extracts, beverage, and food ingredients since 2008. Factory visits are welcome.
Q2: What is the MOQ and sample policy?
A: The minimum order for this powder is 1 kg. Free samples of 10–100 g are offered for evaluation, with the courier cost covered by the customer. Samples let you test solubility and taste in your own base before ordering.
Q3: Is this 100% cold-water soluble, and does it leave sediment?
A: Yes. It is a spray-dried instant powder that dissolves completely in cold and hot water, giving a clear cup with no visible sediment or cloudiness — even in high-Brix syrups and ice-cold drinks.
Q4: Is the bergamot oil bergapten-free, and which certificates do you hold?
A: The flavor uses food-grade bergapten-free (FCF) bergamot oil, the required grade for food and beverage use under Regulation (EC) 1334/2008. The product is certified HACCP, ISO22000, Halal, and Kosher; certificate copies are provided with each shipment.
